We're looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio in banking mobile apps to join an exciting engagement with one of our prestigious clients in Oman . 👤 Role Overview Position : UI/UX Designer Type : Full-time (Remote with Client Deployment in Oman) Domain : Banking & Financial Services Experience : 5–10 years (Mandatory banking mobile app project experience) Location : Remote (With possible short-term travel to Oman) Start Date : Immediate to 30 days preferred 🎯 Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and engaging mobile banking experiences (iOS & Android). Translate business and user needs into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual libraries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure flawless execution. Conduct user research , usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform designs. Optimize complex financial workflows into simple, clean, user-friendly interfaces. Ensure design compliance with banking security, accessibility, and regulatory standards. Advocate for user-centered design throughout the development lifecycle. ✅ What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience . Proven track record in designing banking or financial mobile applications – at least 3+ major projects . Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin , etc. Deep understanding of Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines . Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively and critically . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and documentation skills. ⭐ Bonus Points For Experience with Middle Eastern banking clients . Knowledge of Arabic UI/UX considerations.
