Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites, including fire prevention and protection measures. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) for the organization. Provide training sessions to employees on safety procedures and best practices. Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in industrial safety or related field. Strong knowledge of HSE principles, ISO standards, JSA/JHA processes, PPE usage, scaffolding erection methods, SOP preparation guidelines.
