We are expanding our training team to further strengthen our students’ employability and placement outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities A. Aptitude Trainer Conduct training on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation. Prepare worksheets, tests, and practice material. Improve students’ problem-solving ability, accuracy, and speed. B. Verbal & Communication trainer Deliver sessions on Verbal Aptitude, Grammar, Vocabulary & Reading Comprehension. Train students in professional communication, GD & Personal Interviews. Create engaging activities, role-plays, and assessments. C. Technical Trainer Train students in programming languages (Java / Python / C / C++), Data Structures & Algorithms. Conduct coding labs, assignments, assessments, and mock technical interviews. Update curriculum based on recruitment trends and industry requirements. General Responsibilities (For all trainer roles) Deliver engaging training sessions (classroom or online). Track and report student performance regularly. Develop high-quality content, assignments, and assessments. Coordinate with placement and academic teams for scheduling. Provide individual mentoring and doubt-solving support. Qualifications Aptitude Trainer: Strong Quant & Logical Reasoning skills; competitive exam training experience preferred. Verbal Trainer: Excellent English communication skills; experience in verbal/soft skills training preferred. Technical Trainer: Strong knowledge of programming languages; B.Tech/M.Tech preferred. Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage. What we're Looking For Passion for teaching and student development. Ability to handle large groups and maintain engagement.
