Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, and coordinate with distributors for timely replenishment. Compliance: Ensure the pharmacy operates according to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and maintain all necessary registers (Schedule H, Narcotics, etc.). Billing: Use pharmacy management software for accurate billing and cash handling. Customer Service: Address customer queries professionally and provide guidance on over-the-counter (OTC) products and surgical items.
