This is an immediate opportunity for someone who can join in 2 weeks. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This role is integral to driving the growth of our US Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven relationships with system integrators or direct clients, and the ability to be immediately productive. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Management Develop and maintain relationships with system integrators, and direct clients in the US IT and Non-IT Staffing industry. Onboard new clients and deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs. Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities. Business Development Proactively identify and target potential clients to expand the business portfolio. Leverage your network and market knowledge to open doors and drive business opportunities. Understand client requirements and provide strategic staffing solutions in a timely manner. Collaboration & Communication Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. Be confident and proactive in reaching out to clients through calls and other communication channels. Qualifications & Skills Experience in the US IT Staffing industry as a Business Development role. Strong client relationships with the ability to acquire and manage system integrators, and direct clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident, proactive approach to making client calls. Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of US IT Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., from sourcing positions from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc., to submitting the Bench Consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals. Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B. Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099. Regular interaction and Follow-up with bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly. Ability to do H1 Transfers.
