Role Description This is a full-time EDM Operator role, based on-site at our facility in Hyderabad. The EDM Operator will be responsible for operating Electrical Discharge Machines (EDMs) to manufacture precision components. Day-to-day tasks include reading technical drawings, setting up and calibrating EDM machinery, maintaining quality standards by monitoring machine processes, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Collaborating with the production team and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Proficiency in operating Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM) and understanding of machine setups and maintenance Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints accurately Strong knowledge of tooling and precision machining processes Basic understanding of quality control standards and procedures Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues Ability to work effectively in a team and adhere to on-site safety protocols Relevant professional experience or certification in machinery operation or manufacturing processes Experience in working within the manufacturing industry, particularly in tool and die making, is an advantage
