Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role in Thrissur for a Video Presenter at Dazzle Diamonds. The Video Presenter will be responsible for presenting our products in an engaging and professional manner via pre-recorded videos, and promotional content. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, creating scripts, liaising with the production team, and ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice. The role also involves engaging with the audience, responding to queries, and promoting product features effectively to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and engagement skills
• Experience in on-camera roles or public speaking
• Knowledge of video production, scriptwriting, and editing is an advantage
• Ability to understand and effectively promote product features and benefits
• Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Passion for jewelry and understanding of the diamond industry is a plus
• Professional appearance, confidence, and ability to engage a live or virtual audience
• Flexibility to work on-site in Thrissur and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
