We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals who are fluent in Telugu and can effectively conduct Video KYC verification sessions for Telugu-speaking customers while ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.

About the Role

As a Video KYC Executive – Telugu Language Specialist at EnKash, you will be responsible for conducting Video KYC sessions, verifying customer identities and documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

The role specifically requires candidates who can communicate fluently in Telugu and independently manage Video KYC interactions with Telugu-speaking customers, ensuring clear communication, accurate verification, and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Video KYC sessions with Telugu-speaking customers in accordance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate fluently in Telugu to guide customers through the complete Video KYC verification process.
• Verify customer identities, personal information, and supporting documents accurately.
• Perform required live verification checks during video interactions.
• Address customer queries and explain verification requirements clearly in Telugu.
• Identify and escalate document mismatches, suspicious cases, or incomplete information.
• Maintain accurate records of completed, rejected, and escalated cases.
• Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with data-security guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory, with the ability to speak, understand, and communicate professionally with Telugu-speaking customers.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 0–1 year of experience in Video KYC, KYC verification, customer onboarding, or customer support.
• Freshers with excellent Telugu communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and document-verification skills.
• Basic understanding of KYC or digital onboarding processes is preferred.
• Ability to independently handle Telugu-speaking customers and resolve process-related queries.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
