2. Content Creation & Curation

• Select and organize music videos, artist clips, or entertainment content.
• Research trending topics, new music releases, and artist backgrounds.
• Sometimes write their own scripts or ad-lib with confidence.

3. Audience Engagement

• Interact with viewers through calls, comments, or live chats.
• Promote contests, social media campaigns, or viewer-submitted content.
• Build a loyal fan base through a consistent and appealing on-screen persona.

4. Interviews & Guest Handling

• Interview musicians, celebrities, influencers, or fans.
• Prepare meaningful and entertaining questions.
• Make guests feel comfortable and guide the conversation.

5. Live Events & Performances

• Emcee live concerts, music festivals, or promotional events.
• Handle stage coordination and audience engagement in real-time.
• Improvise and adapt to live audience reactions or technical issues.

6. Technical Collaboration

• Work with camera crews, producers, and sound engineers.
• Sometimes assist with video editing or segment timing.
• Ensure smooth transitions between segments or clips.

7. Brand Representation

• Represent the TV channel, radio station, or digital platform's tone and values.
• Promote shows, sponsors, or partnerships in an authentic way.
• Stay updated with pop culture, music trends, and youth interests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
