Responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for digital platforms, promotional campaigns, educational initiatives, and organizational communication. The role involves transforming raw footage into engaging, polished, and visually appealing content aligned with the organization's objectives and brand identity.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Video Editing: Edit raw footage into professional videos for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional content, and educational purposes.

* Content Production: Create reels, short-form videos, long-form videos, promotional videos, and informative visual content.

* Post-Production: Perform cutting, trimming, transitions, color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, and sound enhancement.

* Motion Graphics: Incorporate animations, text overlays, subtitles, graphics, and visual effects wherever required.

* Storytelling: Organize footage and visual elements to create engaging narratives that communicate the intended message effectively.

* Brand Consistency: Ensure that all video content follows the organization's visual identity, tone, and branding guidelines.

* Collaboration: Coordinate with content writers, designers, marketing teams, and other departments to understand project requirements.

* Platform Optimization: Edit and export videos in appropriate formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

* Project Management: Manage multiple editing assignments, meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and maintain organized project files.

* Creative Research: Stay updated with video editing trends, creative techniques, and emerging tools to improve content quality.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

* Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and sound editing.

* Understanding of visual storytelling and content creation.

* Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
