Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, located in Coimbatore. The Video Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various projects. Daily tasks include video editing, production, applying video color grading, and creating motion and graphic elements to enhance storytelling. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with a creative team to ensure the final product meets the organizations standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production processes
• Experienced in Video Color Grading to enhance visual aesthetics
• Skills in Motion Graphics, including designing and animating graphical elements
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet production deadlines
• Experience in an academic or organizational media setting is a plus
