Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Editor & Digital Marketing Executive who can handle video editing, creative designing, social media management, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be updated with the latest digital trends, capable of creating engaging content, and experienced in running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Creative Designing

• Edit engaging videos, reels, shorts, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Create attractive social media posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
• Develop innovative creative concepts for brand promotion and advertising campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content formats, transitions, and editing techniques.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan content calendars and schedule posts.
• Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and reach.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.

3. Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Handle audience targeting, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Monitor campaign budgets and key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Test different ad creatives, videos, headlines, and copy to improve campaign results.
• Understand conversion tracking, pixels, remarketing, and basic analytics.

4. Overall Digital Marketing

• Manage end-to-end digital marketing activities, from content creation to campaign execution and performance analysis.
• Support SEO, online promotions, brand awareness, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in video editing and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of paid campaigns, audience targeting, budget optimization, and lead generation.
• Knowledge of campaign analytics, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• A portfolio of video edits, creative designs, and performance marketing campaigns is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder in video editing, creative designing, social media management, and performance marketing. They should be creative, data-driven, familiar with the latest trends, and capable of independently managing content creation and paid marketing campaigns.
