Video Editor Internship

You will be joining Namaste Democracy, a dynamic and innovative social media platform dedicated to promoting political literacy and awareness in India. The mission of the organization is to simplify the intricacies of politics, constitution, and elections, and equip every Indian citizen with the essential knowledge and comprehension required to actively engage in the democratic process. The ultimate goal is to metamorphose India into a society of well-informed and involved citizens. This will be achieved by ensuring political literacy is easily accessible, engaging, and non-partisan through the utilization of social media and active involvement in policy-making and on-ground movements. Your responsibilities as a Video Editor Intern will include: - Video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics - Contributing to the creation of engaging and compelling video content for the social media platform Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading - Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics - Experience in utilizing video editing software - Creativity and meticulous attention to detail - Capability to work remotely and autonomously - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Passion for politics and social media - Knowledge of the current political landscape in India is considered a plus Please note that this is a work-from-home internship position. Candidates from Bangalore are preferred as there will be in-person content strategy meetings held in Bangalore once a week. The minimum tenure for this position is 3 months with a stipend of 10k per month.,
