1) Conceptualize, create, and schedule visually appealing and compelling content for social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
2) Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives.
3) Produce a variety of multimedia content, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy.
4) Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
5) Manage and curate user-generated content, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
6) Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7) Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
