About the job: Sales Manager - MSME machinery & equipment About the role: We're looking for a sales manager to help MSMEs in India grow by adopting the latest machinery and equipment solutions. You'll connect directly with MSME owners, understand their production challenges, and recommend technologies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale their businesses. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine consultative selling with market intelligence to drive adoption of advanced manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Call and meet MSME owners to understand their machinery needs. 2. Recommend the right equipment tailored to their production goals. 3. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. 4. Stay updated on the latest industrial machinery and automation trends. 5. Build long-term client relationships for repeat and cross-sales. 6. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and grow our MSME customer base. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms. 4. Knowledge of the MSME sector and its challenges. 5. Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated personality. 6. Fluency in Hindi & English (regional languages a plus). 7. Degree in Engineering or Business (MBA is a plus). 8.
