Role & responsibilities The candidate will conduct market and policy research and analyze industry trends and data. Prepare project concept notes, briefs, and actionable recommendations for management. Analyze data and create reports, dashboards, and presentations to summarize findings. Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting to senior management. Preferred candidate profile They should have an MBA in Rural Management, Economics, or an equivalent field. They should have 2 to 5 years of experience in market research or policy analysis. They must possess strong analytical abilities and be proficient in MS Office and data visualization tools. They should be capable of interpreting data, preparing reports, and converting insights into actionable decisions. The candidate should have structured thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
