Description de la mission Modéliser les consommations d'eau pour la production de ciment et mettre en œuvre des outils digitaux de suivi. Effectuer des études de comparaison entre les différents systèmes internes de production d'électricité décarbonée d'un point de vue de la technologie et l'efficacité des systèmes mis en œuvre (Usines solaires - Waste Heat Recovery System - Wind Mills) et en déduire les meilleures solutions à mettre en œuvre dans l'avenir. Profil Ecole d'ingénieur ou équivalent, avec des connaissances et des compétences en chimie minérale, thermique, thermodynamique, mécanique, électricité industrielle et/ou traitement de données. The Security Supervisor will oversee the daily security operations at the total site. This role is responsible for supervising security guards, ensuring the safety of employees and assets, and maintaining vigilance across the plant premises. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the duties of security guards deployed across different gates, entry points and key areas. Ensure strict control of entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials as per company policy. Monitor and verify gate passes and material movement; prevent unauthorized access, theft, or pilferage. Conduct routine patrols of the entire plant premises and report any unusual activities. Check CCTV surveillance systems regularly and report any issues to the Security Incharge/HR/Admin. Maintain daily security reports, incident logs, and submit shift reports to the Security Incharge. Assist in conducting security drills and training for guards to ensure alertness and discipline. Coordinate with local police or emergency services in case of incidents or security breaches. Ensure guards maintain proper turnout, discipline, and carry out their duties responsibly. Report any security-related issues promptly to the Security Incharge/HR/Admin Manager. Key Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate preferred. 35 years of experience in industrial security, preferably in a plant or factory. Ability to lead a team of guards and handle shift supervision. Basic knowledge of CCTV and access control systems. Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work in rotational shifts. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Preferred candidate profile Can be able to understand and speak Telugu language.
Role & responsibilities To lead the HEMM function for mining operations, ensuring optimal availability, utilization, safety, and maintenance of all heavy equipment used in limestone mining operations. The role is responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure uninterrupted support to mining activities. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Planning: Lead, plan and execute all HEMM activities to support daily mining production targets. Optimize equipment usage and monitor machine-wise productivity and fuel efficiency. Coordinate with the Mines Operations team for equipment deployment based on mining plans. Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules for HEMM. Ensure minimal equipment downtime by adhering to best maintenance practices. Supervise major repair and overhaul of machines in-house or through OEM support. Team Leadership: Lead a team of HEMM operators, technicians, and fitters. Impart regular training on safe equipment operation, maintenance skills, and troubleshooting. Conduct skill assessments and performance evaluations of the HEMM team. Inventory & Spares: Monitor consumption and availability of critical spares and consumables. Liaise with stores and procurement for timely availability of parts and materials. Maintain cost-effective inventory without compromising on availability. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all HEMM operations adhere to statutory safety standards and DGMS guidelines. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and safety toolbox talks for the HEMM crew. Investigate equipment-related incidents and implement preventive measures. Cost Control: Monitor and control maintenance costs, fuel consumption, and spares utilization. Propose cost-saving initiatives without impacting performance or reliability. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance, maintenance history, and fuel usage. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Mines Head/Management. Participate in review meetings and audits as required. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of HEMM equipment (e.g., excavators, dumpers, dozers, wheel loaders, drill machines, etc.) Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and hydraulic systems. Hands-on experience with OEMs like Komatsu, CAT, BEML, L&T, Volvo, etc. Familiarity with mining equipment software, diagnostics, and maintenance systems. Excellent leadership, team management, and analytical skills. Educational Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Automobile Engineering Additional certification in HEMM/maintenance management is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in HEMM maintenance in the mining sector. At least 5 years in a leadership role at a limestone mine for cement or mining industries.
