Role & responsibilities 1. Design of NVH products based on specification of requirements (SOR) 2. Comprehensive knowledge of and working in compliance to design guidelines, standards and best practice portfolios; implement and support innovative solutions3. Part design in respect to robustness, feasibility (DFM) and design to cost (D2C) using global VC Engineering tools - considering the respective due dates4. Contribution to root cause analysis, definition of design counter measures and optimizations to fulfill the requirements5. Documentation of development results (e.g. 3D/2D CAD, FEA reports and durability predictions deliverables) according to internal standards.6. Preparation of dimensioned drawings for components and assemblies considering GD&T at least until concept release7. Ongoing development of own professional skills regarding market trends, customer expectations and inhouse/supplier production processes Preferred candidate profile Knowledge in NVH and rubber matrials preferableExperience in nonlinear FEA system preferable Perks and benefits
