We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project & Engineering Leader to lead Projects & Engineering function, specifically for our OSD (Tablets/Capsules) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, overseeing all engineering and project management activities, managing teams, budgets, and projects, and collaborating with stakeholders. Role & responsibilities Should be experienced in handling OSD plant's engineering only. Should be experienced in handling greenfield projects - start from planning to Plant execution, Installation includes equipments, machineries, utilities such as HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, water system, cooling tower, compressor and maintenance. Should be well verse in GMP aligned with engineering compliance. SOPs formulation, implementation and Prepare URS, DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ. Preventive maintenance & breakdown, handling incident investigation and change control. Should be updated himself on the plant's regulatory standard meet with - GMP, MHRA, EUGMP, USFDA regulations etc. Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams. Should have a leadership quality to handle project/plants and engineering team. Willing to relocate. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering 12-20 years of experience in the OSD plant. Mandatory Should have good communication - English, Kannada & Hindi.
