I had my appointment at 9:30am and I was with my little son. They took 4 hours to process all documents. Also, there is only 1 photo copier machine and a really long queue. Please improve your services. This is very slow and inefficient.

I went for my Netherlands visa but the amount of time they take in processing the documents is horrible. The representative is not at the place and they keep on pushing you to buy their services. Their biometric takes even more and there is no one to assist or tell the staff that people are waiting in queue. Overall a very bad experience
