Unprofessional agents with practices and policies meant to pull money from people. Website is from 19th century and you will not get refund for appointment cancellation despite giving no warning on their website. Website is meant to create frauds and thug people.

Bad experience. If you have not taken the Premium Lounge then it is very bad service. I paid 150 rs for a single page print out.
