It's a great service and super convenient. Their premium service does help during rush hours but sometimes advise you to take the premium service (on false grounds too sometimes - my friend was advised to take the service but she got done with the normal one within 20mins) during non rush hours too, which may not be necessary.

A well maintained place. Good service and helpful staff. The only concern I have is when you go for submitting the visa or other work there is no lounging place available other than the premium lounge which you are supposed to pay to get an access of. Rest everything is great.
