The premium lounge was not bad, considering they made the upload process hassle free, customer service was decent enough, but they could let people wait inside the building compound instead of making them all stand and wait on the footpath, only the applicants can have entry, bystanders have to wait outside.

Poor management by the centre as the candidates has to wait on the street by obstructing the pedestrians. Paid Car parking on another private property. The old parents and the small children has to wait on the footpath whether it's rain of sun. They need to fix this issue ASAP.

Visited the place... Uploaded all the documents online.. Hence there was no more verification... But if you have availed priority services make sure to inform them ...parking is a bit of concern here...!!

I have a suggestion that, VFS office need to consider a place with lots of parking area and waiting area outside their office, because people are coming to Vfs office from far distance so, they need to park their car or need wait outside. Now what happening is zero parking for vfs visitors
