Availed premium lounge and the services were good. We’d uploaded our documents online and thought there will be a verification process from the team- but it was not there. And, parking is a big problem in the area. Nearest available was the pay & park near Santa Monica, MG Road.

No parking facility. And we won't be be able to enter early. So better to come 15 min early of appointment time. Staffs and their services are really appreciable

It is in the road side but difficult to find it out as their display board is very small. Go inside the arcade and ask security. That is the better option. It is in the first floor. Staffs are very friendly and fast. You have to switch off your phone and need to attend a security scan. They have good parking space.
