The services provided in premium lounge are best. There are no waiting issues and rush in premium lounge. Also the staff here is giving detailed information regarding all the process.

Very unprofessional staff. You will see the way they instruct the way the deal with visitors...absolutely unprofessional and rude. I am not talking about my individual experience, this is general culture there. They will definitely remind you of typical govt. office.

Good place staff is not so cooperative. Place is at back side of Elante Mall, you can enter through Hyatt regency main gate. Two much crowd place. Don’t bring anything else other than your documents because if you do so you have to pay RS …

They forcefully ask you to install their apps named Niyo also the open bank account in DCB bank without asking you about it by saying that this is just good app for foreign exchanges
