Little bit chaotic once you get inside after getting token, may be it's only that particular day, idk, but staff's face looks like they are getting tired and hard to manage the inflow of the ppl. Still they are doing their best, may be it's Inpatient ppl or under staff on particular day when I visit.

Long waiting time( but you can't blame them as application are more than they can handle). So how do they deserve 5 star. Firstly security, secondly their staff working speed and lastly all friendly staff who are always ready to help you, guide you.

Bit crowded but the team managed it well... the crowd was also because people arrive way earlier than scheduled appointment. Make sure you reach just 15-20 min before your appointment time. They provide premium services (expect to shell out ~1500 INR per person, cash or UPI). No public parking nearby, plan accordingly.

Hi... Al staff was supportive... I met nandini for my biometric, she was very supportive and nice.. Not that much waiting outside ..... Nice experience.... That only ask u want to tak normal or premium.... Not forcing or nothing else.....

Everyone was helpful, I have to bring my father in the wheel chair. VFS have their people to help with wheel chair. He served very nice. At last I offer him tip but he denied at all. I was not offering any bribe but I was amazed from his service that's why I offered tip to him. But he denied.
