Very organised and convenient process for visa filing. Once you have the appointment and you go though the security check, getting the rest done is just a piece of cake.

Waiting of more than 2 hours before you are attended. Asked to pay more than ₹4000 for Lounge fees when there was no place to sit even.

Not competent personnel will ruin your time in waiting. Don’t know processes and fees. They do not allow laptops inside but they don’t have storage facilities.
