I applied for Japan visa and I had to visit them four times just to submit my application. At first they misinformed me about documents then different staff was saying different things.. however their behaviour was good.. especially guards..

Very pathetic management. Waited for four hours for submission of application, and when the turn came, the server was down. Half the staff was absent as was the senior manager.

The staff is quite informative and cooperative. The process was pretty smooth and straightforward. The visa staff was quite helpful and pleasant to greet with. Nice overall experience.

There is no appointment system here - so at times if there are many other customers, the waiting time may go as high as 1 hour. But fairly quick and efficient service.

VFS is everywhere a highly inefficient organisation, always short of staff, never meeting appointment time commitment...Gurgaon office is worst.

VERY VERY POOR. Website does not specify exact documents to bring. So wasted journey. Customer service is crap. Staff at office mislead you. You can't track your application or the number on the website. THEY KNOW ALL THIS BUT DONT MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES.

Zero value for money, avoid it during emergency period as it takes an extra day for your documents to reach embassy. Delhi office is best.
