Helpful staff. Nice clean place. Appointments are advised and must be taken. Despite this be prepared to wait for your turn to come. Good that VFS has opened an office in Gurgaon to avoid the cumbersome commute to Delhi.

It is a pretty small office and I was there to apply for a UK visa. There was only one person managing that particular desk, and hence it did take quite a lot of time. I just felt, being a "premium lounge", there ought to be quick service provided they even charge Rs.4000 odd as their "lounge fee".

The place is located on the very busy Sohna road. If you are late in reaching the place even by half an hour you will have to end up waiting for over an hour till your submission comes. There is not waiting or sitting facility for people …
