Kindly dont fall for the messages under here which provide the customer care number. They are scammers well trained. One of them told me they charge 2₹ for parking ID and didn’t make sense and when asked to elaborate he fumbled and didn’t know why i was exactly calling and hung up

Good place staffs are courteous.. if visa request is urgent I’ll suggest to submit in Delhi center as it takes extra day to reach Gurgaon center. Also open on Saturday from 10am only for premium service customer.

Well kept office. But giving an appointment at 12 noon and meeting the person at 1330 does not go well with the reputation of VFS Global. Their working style should also be Global standard.

Very Poor Service. Only 2 counters out of 5 were working that too very slow. it was 2:00 PM and only 10 application were processed. Very Bad Experience in Terms of Time Taking, but the staff, Lady who collected my documents was very helping and cooperative.
