It is very well organised place. My personal experience was very good. Within minutes got the biometric done. Staff is good. Just keep required documents at hand during submission. There is a locker facility within premises. Rest rules are all laid up in their website. Just follow them.

Well planned centre. Can process in lots. About 10 to 15 minutes slot for lot of 15 to 20 people. Scanner is well maintained.

Had a great experience at the VAC. Staff is very polite and humble. The process is very smooth managed by the VFS team and gets done in 20 mins for single person if you have all the mandatory documents.
