I had worst experience with VFS Pune. Staff has no knowledge about documents and rude behavior with customers. I choose premium services and spend 04 hrs for application. Staff is just passing the time. Please educate your staff. I choose VFS Ahmedabad over VFS Pune.

ABSOLUTELY useless and the most unhelpful people on the planet. Only interested in money making and force you to buy premium packages and try and charge you unnecessarily. They just take advantage of people, create road blocks and harass everyone. Never encountered such miserable service!

I was a bit wary after reading the negative reviews here. But the actual experience was really smooth for me. The entire process for my Belgian visa application in there took around 30-40 minutes. No experience of scams or trying to sell premium lounge service or anything like what's being written here so many times.
