Clean and neat place. Despite the rush, there were only a few desks working. One of the screens showing token numbers doesn't work and the rest of them show it in a very small font, difficult to see from a distance.

I had applied for Canada visa. Got visa in 20 days. Excellent service. Staff, right from the security to the submitting officer, very polite and humble. Not a single staff, who didn't wish good morning while proceeding to the officer for biometric. Good job. Keep it up.

If you reach 10-15 mins late they force you to take premium lounge which costs 2000rs or else you will have to reschedule appointment. Locker is too expensive 200rs for 1 hour. Staff inside vfs is cooperative.
