Very unprofessional staff. Creates unnecessary hurdles in the smooth functioning of the visa process. This is in sharp contrast to the ones in mumbai. Where I had better experience. I want to specifically highlight the staff at the entrance, whose only work seems to be sell premium services to visa applicants.
