Very poor service... They haven't submitted my Biometrics to the embassy along with my application. They will ask money for unnecessary stuff that to be in cash... I recommend not to avail their service. Save your money and travel to Delhi or Hyderabad for the services. Those are far better than this.

We were struggling to send our passports to the VFS office via Bluedart and in the end we visited the VFS office physically. All the staff were very respectful with their approach and supported us with quick resolution. They even ensured to call me back to ask if the issue was resolved. I am very happy with their service.
