It was nice for premium they were doing very quickly and with all thw comfort..... Otherwise you had to take token and it takes time..... But yes there is a charge to pay for vfs global premium lounge..... So service is fast if you are taking premium lounge otherwise it's not that fast

VFS glodal service is okay not very good as charges a bit high at least in kolkata center. Inside is clean. Only obe washroom with one toilet is there. In respect to huge number of customers for visa its halirious.
