Stupid place, a lot of people are kept on waiting outside on the roadside just because they reached 5-10 minutes earlier and the place doesn't have a proper waiting area.

Service was professional..however, there's no parking available for vfs. You may have to park in the no parking zone at your own risk.. make sure you take all the required printouts because they charge an exhorbitant sum for using their kiosk workstations.

Staff at this center forced me to opt for premium lounge service for biometric appointment, where no additional assistance is required and its just to collect the biometrics. This is not at all acceptable as the premium lounge service is an optional service but the staff will make it like a mandatory service to purchase.
