Staff inside are polite.But the staff managing outside are rude. There is no parking for cars. We will have to park outside on the road and anyone accompanying the applicants have to wait outside under the hot sun for 2-3 hours which is …

Scheduling is fine and co-operative staff, but too much push for premium service. Also, they charged me 285 Rs just to keep my laptop bag in locker (namesake). They told me that receipt for bill be sent over email, nothing received as of now.

For canada visa, staff is good and don’t worry if u are going for biometric, they have printer facilities so u get have printout, if ur time of appointment miss also they will consider. Water bottle not allowed so if have water bottle u need keep outside, laptop also not allowed. Mobile they will allow.

Came here for Germany National visa. Appointment was at 9:23, but security guy sent me in at 9:45. The process is pretty simple, came out by 10:30 after completing all the process. Only thing I felt bad was, they don't have any waiting room for the people who are waiting outside, I had to stand in Sun till they called me. 😣😣 …

Serive was good, but i feel like i was forced to take the courier service after me advising that i can pick up the package. The Staff should not be forcing anyone when they are not interested in taking services.
