Excellent experience. Almost zero waiting time for the UK Visa. Very prompt and attentive staff. Was done with documents verification, scanning and biometrics within an hour! Perhaps also a function of the very few applicants. However, very well organized and unlike a lot of other reviews which downplay VFS services.

Got an appointment for document submission for Schengen Visa for 10.30 - 10.45 am. The counter opened at 12.30 pm. That too when we asked the reason for not opening. I don't know what they were waiting for. One person was cleared in 1 hour …

Experience was awesome. But they charged me ₹5450 for premium lounge option. Premium lounge option was really a joke. You guys, don't pay for premium lounge.

Located in Gopalan mall, crowd is very well regulated, we took premium longue service and it was totally worth it esp if u r going with kids. The longue has all services needed for any last minute printout, xerox, visa photograph as per that country's specifications.
