The staff of VRL jaipur is so lazy and unwilling to help, they delayed my drop for 3 days even when they already received the mail from VRL 3 days back, never ever going to use vrl logistics again.

Very bad logistic company.I have never seen this type of logistics.I have hired this to move my household things.My things got damaged and my tv and other expensive items got theft from their custody.They charged 3000 rs for insurance which was actually cost 119 rs.They are fraud,don't trust vrl ever.
