Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist pet owners and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointments, consultations, surgeries, and follow-up schedules.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media messages.
• Maintain patient records and update client information accurately.
• Handle billing, invoicing, payment collection, and receipt generation.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, groomers, and support staff.
• Provide basic information regarding hospital services, vaccinations, grooming, and pet care programs.
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Assist in inventory coordination and administrative tasks as required.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, vaccinations, and treatment schedules.

Working Hours

• 6 days a week
• Rotational shifts as per hospital requirements
