Role & responsibilities Core Responsibilities Sales Performance Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences (e.g., suggest matching trousers, belts, or shoes). Maintain conversion rates every walk-in must be engaged. 2. Customer Experience Greet customers promptly and maintain a professional, confident demeanor. Understand customer needs, provide accurate product recommendations, and ensure size/fit assistance. Handle customer complaints or returns politely and escalate issues to the Store Manager when needed. 3. Product Knowledge Know every collection fabric types, fits, price points, and styling suggestions. Keep up to date with new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal trends. Educate customers on brand differentiators (quality, craftsmanship, value). 4. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation Maintain product displays, mannequin styling, and section cleanliness as per brand guidelines. Ensure all merchandise is folded, tagged, and arranged by category, size, and color. Report low stock or damaged items immediately. 5. Billing & Inventory Support Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Support stock counting, tagging, and daily reconciliation activities. Assist with unpacking and displaying new inventory. 6. Team & Communication Coordinate with the store manager and colleagues to ensure seamless operations. Share customer feedback and sales insights regularly. Participate in daily briefings, training, and target reviews. 7. Brand Image & Discipline Maintain grooming standards and dress code consistently. Follow attendance, punctuality, and operational SOPs strictly. Preferred candidate profile
