About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in invoicing - preparing and verifying sales invoices and maintaining records. 2. Support domestic & international logistics operations - shipment coordination via air, sea, and road. 3. Help prepare export/import documentation. 4. Assist in closing BRCs of export invoices with banks and ensure proper records. 5. Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers under supervision. 6. Track shipments and support resolution of delivery or compliance issues. 7. Learn and apply basics of INCOTERMS, customs rules, and trade regulations. 8. Prepare reports and assist internal teams with logistics requirements.
