Role Description This is an on-site contract role for an ERP Implementation Expert located in Gandhinagar. The ERP Implementation Expert will be responsible for analyzing business needs, planning and executing ERP implementation projects, and providing comprehensive customer support. Key tasks include configuring ERP systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring optimal integration with other business tools, with a focus on improving overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and design efficient ERP solutions. Proficient planning and coordination skills to manage implementations and ensure timely project delivery. Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of finance to integrate financial processes into ERP systems effectively. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring user satisfaction during and after implementation. Experience in ERP systems implementation and previous exposure to Zoho Solutions is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
