Vernacular Consultancy Services is seeking a designdriven architect to work on goodforconstruction (GFC) drawings, 3D visualisation, landscape and street design, and urban design projects. This role suits someone who enjoys both detailoriented production work and largerscale city and publicrealm thinking. Key responsibilities Prepare detailed GFC drawings, coordination drawings and working drawings for architecture and urbandesign projects. Develop 2D and 3D design concepts, models and renders for buildings, landscapes, streetscapes and publicrealm interventions. Assist in master plans, urbandesign frameworks and streetdesign proposals, including layout plans, sections and urban details. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design and technical issues and ensure drawings are constructionready. Support presentations and reports for national and international clients, including diagrams, exploded views, and highquality graphics. Required qualifications and skills Preferable Bachelors/Diploma degree in Architecture from a recognised university (fresh graduates and up to 3 years of experience). Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and one or more of: SketchUp/Revit/Rhino plus any rendering/visualisation tool (Lumion, Enscape, VRay, etc.). Good understanding of building detailing, landscape design basics, street design/complete streets concepts and urbandesign fundamentals. Ability to convert conceptual sketches into clear, accurate construction drawings. Strong graphic and presentation skills; comfort with PowerPoint/Adobe tools will be an advantage.
