Job Summary We are seeking a competent Safety Officer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects. The ideal candidate will ensure implementation of safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory guidelines during structural steel erection, roofing, cladding, and other site activities.. Responsibilities Implement and monitor site-specific safety protocols for PEB erection activities. Conduct daily site safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk analysis. Supervise and ensure the correct use of PPE, safety harnesses, and fall protection during work at height. Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for new and existing workers on-site. Monitor activities like erection (columns, rafters, bracing, and purlins) , roof installation, crane operation, and welding for compliance. Ensure availability and usage of firefighting equipment, first aid kits, and emergency signage. Maintain site safety logs, accident/incident reports, and safety audit records. Worked closely with erection supervisors, project engineers, and crane operators to maintain zero accident policy. Maintain day-to-day accounting records: sales, purchase, journal, and expense entries. Manage bank reconciliation, cash book, and petty cash. Update accounts receivable and payable using ERP. Operate accounting software like Tally, ERP or similar. Generate reports (Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet). Assist in GST calculations, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Help with TDS computation, challan preparation, and timely payment. Support in preparing documents for internal and statutory audits. Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule. Follow electrical safety standards and use PPE properly.
