Roles and responsibilities As the custodian of the Human Resource vertical, you will be responsible for implementing our strategies, systems, processes, and procedures with the HR team to ensure alignment across the organization. Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires, including induction, orientation sessions, and documentation to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Maintain, collate and present HR data in a captivating way for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and support data-driven decision making. Support various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, performance management, employee background verification, employee grievance, employee insurance, employer branding, employee records and talent acquisition efforts. Serve as a key liaison between HR and employees, fostering a supportive environment and ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Desire, that can be filled! • Any Graduate Degree, must be a Tamil speaker • 1-4 years of experience (Must know to speak Tamil) • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
