The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with different departments, and resolving any issues that arise. Additionally, the Supervisor will be expected to implement process improvements, train staff, and ensure production targets are met. Qualifications Experience in team management, leadership, and staff supervision Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to implement process improvements and manage operational efficiencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the paper or manufacturing industry is a plus
