Start conversations confidently and engage customers with a professional tone. Ask relevant and qualifying questions to identify eligible prospects. Actively listen to the customer’s needs, objections, or interest areas. If qualified, assist customers in filling out the necessary form with accurate data. Maintain call logs and customer information in CRM. Meet and exceed daily/weekly lead targets and productivity goals.
