The role involves formatting structured content into XML or EPUB formats, analyzing source materials to ensure accurate conversion, validating and troubleshooting EPUB files to maintain compliance with industry standards, and ensuring the highest quality in final deliverables. The XML Epub Agent will collaborate closely with production teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks. Qualifications Proficiency in XML and EPUB creation, editing, and conversion processes Experience with troubleshooting and validating XML/EPUB files Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills Ability to work effectively within a team and meet tight deadlines Proficiency with relevant software tools such as Adobe InDesign, XML editors, and related applications Knowledge of publishing industry standards (e.g., EPUB standards, accessibility guidelines) is advantageous Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to project requirements
